Missing on Superstition Mountain by Elise Broach
Missing on Superstition Mountain is mystery/suspense. In thsi story three boys have just moved to Superstition, Arizona. Their names are Simon, Henry and Jack. They are worried that nothing interesting will happen during their summer vacation until their cat runs away. They look for her in the mountains and uncover a huge secret and a related string of murders. To uncover the mystery they must be keen, sharp and sneaky. Can they accomplish what countless others have failed before?
I enjoyed this book very much. It was interesting and kept you on the edge of your seat wondering what would happen next. I believe there is a sequel coming out and if there is I can't wait to read it because the cliffhanger at the end was a good one. This book is good for grades 7 and up because of some of the murders and such but it really is border line all ages.
