Love Sucks by Melissa Francis
AJ and her family, warlocks and vampires, have to fight a higher power that is trying to destroy them. She also tries to hook up with her step-brother.
Love Sucks is the sequel to Bite Me. It is a fast moving and humorous read. I didn't read the first book before jumping in the sequel, but it does leave clues for you to pick up on if you picked up this book first. Somethings did elude me at first because of the missing knowledge from the first, but that is why the internet was created.
I would recommend this book for someone who likes vampires, magic, warlocks and high school in a completely non-Twilight way.
