A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle

A Wrinkle in Time was a book about a girl named Meg who thought she was useless, her brother who is a genius, and their friend Calvin who is very popular and well liked.  They meet Mrs. Whatsit, Mrs. Who and Mrs. Which who are time and space traveling creatures who take the three children to another planet to save Meg's father and show her that she is a wonderful, necessary person.

It was a very interesting book but it was confusing at times.  I think it was supposed to be confusing;  it is, after all, a sci-fi book about time travel and unknown creatures.  It was very creative and different from most books and it had a wonderful description of everything.  I just didn't like how the end came very suddenly without tying up all the lose ends.
