Holding On To Zoe by George Ella Lyon
Holding On to Zoe was a very interesting book. It was about a girl who had been abused when young and then found herself with a child that no one seemed to believe was real. The main character constantly fought with other characters throughout the story trying to get them to stop ignoring Zoe's existence.
The idea was brilliant with deep meaning and entirely new conflict. I would only suggest this book to older audiences because of its mature conflict and slightly confusing story line. Over all, I found this book enjoyable and would recommend it to young adults.
