Your Food is Fooling You by David A. Kessler, M.D.
Your Food is Fooling You gives a new perspective on overeating. Kessler explains how our brains are wired to crave sugar, fat and salt. He believes that overeating is psychological and can be avoided the same way.
I would recommend this book to some of my friends. The book taught me a lot about overeating and craving food. It gives advise on how to stop eating too much. The book also gives examples on how food "manufacturers" make us want more food than we should eat. Even the mention of some of those meals made my mouth water! (Proving the author's point, too!)
