Nothing Can Possibly Go Wrong by Prudence Chen and Faith Erin Hicks
The main character in this book is a passive aggressive basketball team captain who is nominated by his friend for school president. What follows is a hilarious story of teaming up with the cheerleaders to get funding for various projects.
This was a hilarious book that I thoroughly enjoyed. It got passed around to all of my friends and siblings and everyone enjoyed the twists that the plot took. It is simply drawn but in such a style that it really brings out all of the book's quirks. The little details are what makes it shine, such as the text on his cup changing throughout the scenes. I would highly recommend it for any kind of reader. The graphic novel presentation may put some off, but it truly draws the reader in.
